A little about me…
Hi, I’m Sarah
Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, Menstrual Health Coach, Doula and mother of three.
The birth of my first baby, shifted my entire world & awakened not only the magic & fire that had always resided within me, but also my purpose in life. This calling to support others as they navigate the challenges & beauty of bringing another life into this world could no longer be ignored.
Over these early motherhood years, I have completed training as a Doula and Reiki Practitioner, as well as studied Hypnobirthing, Spinning Babies, Optimal Maternal Positioning and Birth Mapping.
Hungry for all the knowledge, I threw myself deep into the birth world. But then I found myself pregnant with my third baby, something I’d been dreaming of for years, and all of a sudden everything I had learnt over the years went out the window. My trust was tested & I had to unlearn so much, journeying deep within to birth my daughter.
Each baby brings so much wisdom and when we do not resist the process, they bring so many gifts and lessons. Energetic birthwork has changed my whole world & the work I do with women.
My offerings now weave human design, with acupuncture & energy work, and the wisdom of herbs to heal us on all levels. I am so grateful to be here sharing this magic & cannot wait to meet you!
